Services:

Personnel Commissioners Association of Southern California (PCASC), under Article VI of the Bylaws, authorizes the president to appoint the chair and member(s) of the following committees. These committees service our school districts by creating new legislation, providing training programs for Personnel Commissions and their staff, becoming consultants to resolve or alleviate problems encountered in the administration of merit system principles, and supporting the education system.

The President may also appoint such special or other committees as s/he may, from time to time, deem advisable.
